 Alongside the sessions, you’re supported with:

  • Custom hypnosis audios — recorded for you, to support the work between sessions
  • Simple tools and reset practices — for moments when self-doubt or mental noise creeps in
  • Personal reflection notes — capturing key insights so you don’t lose what matters
  • An online resource library — available whenever you need extra support
  • A post-program check-in — to help you integrate what’s shifted and carry it forward

Why vivify-me is different

Many women who find vivify-me are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware.

They’ve read the books, tried different approaches, and genuinely done the work
When those efforts help for a while but don’t quite last, it’s not a failure of effort or commitment.

It’s usually because the work never reached the deeper patterns shaping emotional responses and behaviour.
