- Custom hypnosis audios — designed specifically around the work we’re doing together

- Reflection notes and session insights — so you don’t lose what’s shifting between sessions
- Online resources and support materials — available whenever you need them
- A post-program check-in — helping you continue moving forward after the sessions finish
