One of the things I’ve noticed over the years is that we women are rarely short of insight. In fact, we're masters at understanding ourselves.
We’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Talked things through with friends. Been to endless therapy. We've spent a fortune on programs and apps that we dont stick to and... forgot to cancel the subscription.
We think we know why we react the way we do. We've spent years trying to male sense of everything that's happened in our lives and we can psycho-analyse ourselves from every conceivable angle.
And yet, despite all that understanding, we still find ourselves waiting to feel different. Because understanding something and creating impactful shifts are two very different things. Sometimes it isn’t another explanation that’s needed. Sometimes all it takes is a different experience.
