I don’t believe midlife is a crisis.
There was a time when the voice in my head nearly drowned me.
The critic. The constant second-guessing.
The pressure to look fine on the outside while feeling anything but fine on the inside.
About Sue Evans
That moment—the one where the noise finally got too loud to ignore—changed everything for me.
That moment—the one where the noise finally got too loud to ignore—changed everything for me.
Since then, I’ve built a life I’m proud of. I’m a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (RCH), a Certified Values Coach, an HR professional, and a Board Director with ARCH (Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists) here in Canada.
I’m connected to a global network of hypnotherapists, which keeps me inspired, learning, and bringing fresh insight into my work every single day.
But the truth is, I didn’t get here because I had it all figured out. I got here because I’ve lived the struggle. I’ve hit the wall, questioned myself, and had to find a way through.
And that’s why I created vivify-me.
It’s not just a program—it’s the work I had to do myself. It’s the tools and insights I wish I’d had years ago.

My mission is simple: to help women remember they are powerful and with that power, happiness becomes possible.

A little more about me
I live in Calgary, AB, Canada with my husband, our son, and our gorgeous rescue pup, Chewie. Our daughter is based in the UK, so we’re always juggling family life across two countries.
I love travelling, strong coffee, and those conversations that start as small talk but somehow always dive into the real, meaningful stuff. I’m constantly reshaping my goals and love finding new ways to grow.
