What Happens On The 15-Minute Call?
It’s straightforward.
You tell me what’s been happening — what’s looping, what’s feeling heavy, what’s not settling.
I’ll ask a few focused questions so I understand the pattern properly.
Then we look at whether hypnotherapy is actually an appropriate approach for what you’re experiencing.
If it is, I’ll explain how we would work and what a first session would involve.
If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
The aim of the call isn’t to persuade you.
It’s to make sure the method matches the problem.
You’ll leave the conversation clearer either way.

What Actually Happens In A Session
We talk first.
You tell me what’s been looping, what’s keeping you wired, what you’re tired of carrying.
Then I guide you into a focused, calm state — similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or a film.
You stay aware. You’re in control.
This allows us to work directly with the emotional pattern underneath the overthinking — the part that keeps reacting even when you “know better.”
Most sessions last about an hour.
