 What I Help With

  • Feeling constantly on edge, even when nothing obvious is wrong
  • Replaying conversations and second-guessing yourself afterwards
  • Emotional reactions that feel bigger than they used to
  • Waking at 3am unable to switch off
  • Confidence dips during career changes, relationship shifts, or life transitions
  • Looking capable on the outside but unsettled underneath

You don’t have to be in crisis.
But if something feels heavier than it should, that matters.

 What begins to shift

Change is usually quiet.

🌿 The internal noise softens.
🌿 You don’t spiral so quickly.
🌿 Sleep deepens.
🌿 Decisions feel clearer.
🌿 You trust your own responses more.

Life hasn’t magically changed.
But it doesn’t feel like such a fight inside.
Many women notice a shift within the first session.

A Bit About How I Work

I’m Sue Evans, a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist working privately in person and online.

My work is structured, calm, and focused.

We work with the pattern underneath the reaction — so your nervous system settles and the intensity reduces.

You don’t need to explain everything perfectly.
You remain aware.
You remain in control.
There’s no stage-style hypnosis and no loss of agency.

Just focused work that helps you feel steadier from the inside.

What Happens In Our  15-Minute Call?

You tell me what’s been happening.

I’ll ask a few focused questions to understand the pattern properly.
Then we look at whether hypnotherapy is appropriate — and what level of support would genuinely help.

If it is, I’ll explain next steps.
If it isn’t, I’ll say so.

The aim isn’t persuasion.
It’s clarity.

No cost. No obligation.

 Professional & Accredited

I’m a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and member of ARCH Canada.   I also serve on the Board of Directors.

This work is grounded in clinical training, professional standards, and ethical practice.

You don't have to keep 'willpowering' you're way through

If something here resonates, that’s enough.
You don’t need to decide everything today.
You just need to decide whether you’d like things to feel steadier.

FAQs

Our Hypnosis FAQs answer common questions about how hypnosis works, what you can expect in a session, and how it supports lasting change.

No. vivify-me is not therapy or medical treatment.

The work supports emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal performance. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care.

If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, it’s important to seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional.

For safety reasons, hypnosis sessions should not be listened to while driving or operating machinery.

Please ask in advance if you’d like to record a session.

If you’re looking for something you can return to and replay, there are options designed specifically for that.

Yes. Most people remember the session clearly — similar to leaving a very relaxed conversation, aware of what was said, but feeling noticeably calmer and less mentally noisy.

Most people experience hypnosis as a state of focused attention and deep relaxation. You remain aware, in control, and able to think and speak throughout.

Hypnosis isn’t about being “put under” or losing control. It’s a way of working with the subconscious mind while you’re fully present.

If you can focus, imagine, or get absorbed in a book or film, you can experience hypnosis.
